Every year the 5th graders get a yearbook at the end of the school year. This book has been in the making since the students set foot in the door as kindergartners. This is a special book filled with wonderful memories of the students time at ER.

We offer the parents a chance to create a Custom Quarter Page Ad (4.25”x5.5”) that features your child to be printed in the yearbook. The cost of the ad is $20 plus the site's processing fee. The program to create the AD has templates to follow or you can create from scratch.

Here are the step-by-step guidelines for creating a special ad for your 5th grader. You are welcome to share this opportunity with family members, such as grandparents, aunts, and uncles, so they can create an additional ad as well. To ensure space for all students, we kindly ask that each student is limited to two ads.

To make these ads a cherished keepsake, please follow these guidelines regarding what is not permitted in submissions:

• No photos of your child without clothing (including baby pictures—while adorable, they must be appropriately dressed).

• No images containing alcohol, cigarettes, or any other substances.

• No photos depicting violence.

Any ads containing these elements will not be approved or included in the yearbook. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in making this a special and meaningful addition to the yearbook for all students!
